Treebo Trend Eden Park - Hotel in Puducherry - Pondicherry, India

The location is on the main road. There was no internet for both the days when I stayed. The owner of the property is very cordial and helpful. Ample of gated car parking available. Complimentary breakfast was okay. The staff is good but they only understand Tamil. PS - based on the Owner's reply and update, I revised the rating to 4 as WiFi unavailability was a technical issue and which was fixed later. Thank you for the update Sir (Hotel owner).

The hotel service was good and food was excellent but room was very very small,not worth for price...no window facility...bathroom had slide door

I got surprised after check-in into this hotel. AC was not functioning at all and I had to face challenges to get the room changed where AC was working. Hotel claims so many amenities however they don't provide many of those. I stayed three days but room cleaning didn't happen. Also wifi didn't work during my stay and I got informed before checkin night that now wifi working which was useless at that moment of time to me. Despite all these issues, I appreciate the hotel staff especially Mr. Hari RamChadran for their helping & caring behaviour. Also the hotel is well placed where you can connect through each location in Pondicherry.

There is big size window on the top of toilet in the room which I have stayed. Further person can reach there from top by using the or ladder. So dignity of person in the toilet??? However I have received a positive response regarding this concern and I have realised (after my checking)that my review is not correct.

Very nice room, though it's small it's so neet and clean.. I didn't used any service... But Mr.Meenakshi responded well....

We stayed for a night here. Located in prime locality at affordable price, rooms were old but neat, limited buffet option is available.

Management was very supportive. I had to check-out at morning 4.30 and they were ready with the bills to close the procedure and there was no delay. Mr.Santhosh was in charge during night and he is very understandable and helped us with all our queries Food is great especially coffee and with good pricing. Rooms are clean and room service is available till 10 PM. They have a big parking lot and the location of the hotel is suitable for accessing all places. I am happy with their service. Thanks

NOT WORTH OF MONEY The rooms are clean but the bed is too small for tall people. Water provided by here is 30 rupees though it's 20 rupees printed. Wifi is slow most of the times. Flush and shower are broken. Not much of hospitality from staffs. Most of TV channels are of Tamil language and even staffs don't understand English or Hindi. No security guard at gate ,respective floor and lift.
