Treebo Trend Dona Eliza - Hotel in Calangute - North Goa, India

The best hotel in North Goa!!! I have seen many hotels in Calanguete, Baga and Anjuna and I can tell that this is the best option ever. The location is really good, near Titos lane, beach and shops. The room was spacious and in a good condition. The staff is friendly and helpfull. The only thing that could be better is the internet. Anyway in whole Goa is the internet not that stable. Only somehow in Anjuna I had good wifi but the area was dead. Baga you can forget to find a proper hotel and almost all of them don't even provide internet. I wish I knew before about this hotel so I wouldn't exchange 5 times. If I go back to Goa, without a doubt I will stay in this hotel!

I stayed in this hotel from 11 October to 14 October 2022.We stayed for 3 nights n 4 days. The location is absolutely perfect near Calangute beach, it's a 1.5KM walking distance to the beach and Calangute market. The rooms are very spacious and luxury. Staff was also very friendly n generous especially the pool staff. They serve breakfast everyday in buffet layout, it was very yummy, their swimming pool is very clean and fun to relax in. We stayed here for 2 days. Located in the main area of Calangute makes travel easier. The room was spacious and well maintained. The pool side ambience was damn nice! Room services were available on time.

We stayed for 2 nights 3 days in May 2023. Hotel is at Prime Location near to Calangute beach. Rooms are Very much spacious with good amenities. Breakfast quality was Good...not much options available but taste was okay . Check in process was quick. Staff were polite. Specially Raymond @ reception was very helpful. Swimming pool is also nice...they are offering clean towels every time for pool. Overall Very nice experience. with Best Prices...

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights.I complained about the breakfast buffet being very bland and tasteless (treebo charges 250 rupees per breakfast,its not free). After that the staff started acting very rude with me because I complained abt the breakfast. I stayed in room 304, in the balcony there was a bucket kept in which the water coming from the AC would fall & wen the bucket would get filled the water would spill from the bucket and the there would be stagnant water in the balcony. The manager is very rude. I have stayed in many other treebos but this is the worst.

Rooms are good but breakfast is only toast-butter, poha, and they made idlis in small batches so guests like us waited longer. I think when you book a 3 star hotel you at least expect a good breakfast. Totally disappointed

Overall it was good Pros - Rooms were good as we received an upgrade because the initial room provided was not proper and was not cleaned properly. The help desk Manager - Mr. Raymond was good and polite and very helpful; he upgrade the room immediately upon checking that the provided room was not upto the mark. He also helped us to arrange for cab for drop till Goa Dabolim Airport...Overall the experience was good and things should need improvement Cons - 1. Treebo did not provide the services as mentioned like the room that was provided was not cleaned and felt like it was closed for a while, door mat was wet, table in the balcony was not cleaned 2. In our service even dental kit was provided at the time of booking but it was not available so we have to ask for it 3. One of the staff dont know his name was not polite from his tone 4. Breakfast provided was not up to the mark....here major improvement is required..it should be improved...we are not saying k provide a lot of options but whatever you provide a person should feel happy after eating it 5. Also the table and chairs provided in the balcony need to be changed as the colour of the furniture is faded and looks very old
