Documentation etc. was received promptly and the emails received prior to our trip were very helpful, ensuring we had everything in order before our departure. Hello team this was my first ever international trip at Bali and it was such well organised by befikre and our travel agent ms.Gunjan was very supportive ! The only thing I was not happy was With Villa Abirama ubud! (Would b happy if wld have suggested some other villa) Swiss bell hotel at Kuta was excellent!!!!!!
