Mr. Arun Bhagat is a very humble person. He provided us everything we needed for our Tour. He even took care of the small details one may need while traveling in Himalayas. We have booked 3D/2N Gurudongmar, Yumthang and Zero Point tour with them. They provided good hotels in Lachen and Lachung. Food provided was good. Driver named Hem is very good mannered. He guided us in every moment. The owner named Arun Bhagat is a very gentleman provide us a new Xylo car for the entire tour.

We recently visited Gangtok and nearby areas and our trip was completely planned by Travelzone. Everything was great right from our pick up from New JALPAIGURI to our drop back. Best part about this tour operator was that we were intimated about each and every arrangement through mails and there was no deviation at all from whatever we had been promised. Mr Arun used to personally meet us daily just to ensure whether we were comfortable with the arrangements. Both the cab drivers alloted to us were really good. They took Complete care and kept on guiding us throughout the trip. The hotels arranged in Gangtok and Lachung were too good and they served awesome food. We were completely enjoying our holidays without the worry of planning our travel . I thank Travelzone for making our trip memorable and hope to contact them soon for our next trip.

Last month we had booked a travel package for 6 couples from hyderabad, right from pick up from baghdogra - sikkim- gangtok- Darjeeling and so on. The trip was really comfortable, d hotels booked were more than we would have expected, everybody was warm, welcoming. Mr.Arun Bhagat ensured that we had comfortable stay and vegetarian food was arranged at every place. Mr.Bijoy and Mr.Ganesh - both were very friendly and drove us safely to all places making our tour more enjoyable. Thanks to Mr.Arun Bhagat and his team for making our trip so memorable.

Have booked 6 days Gangtok-Darjeeling tour. Pros: * Fast Communication during planning * Good Vehicles * Good Service * Arun didn't took any cancellation fee for one room cancellation done 10 days before arrival date. * Some good drivers. Cons: * I expected a single vehicle and driver for almost full time as i had in many other tours, but that was not the case. * Hotels were not up to the mark (lower 3 star hotels). might have got better hotels at same price from online sites. * Didn't include the back airport trip via Mirik in package and left on driver, had a bad experience with the driver Over all trip was good. i got 4 vehicles, 3 drivers were good. One driver has its own demands. He doesn't wanted to go to tiger hills in the morning in Darjeeling, when i insisted then he went. He had an extraordinary demand of money for going Darjeeling to Airport via Mirik. So always include everything in the itinerary and done left anything for drivers.

We had a 6N7D tripped planned and it was really a pleasant experience with the tour. Our tour was planned very well utilising every bit of our time. The drivers onboard are also well experienced in driving on himalayan roads and has a very professional attitude. We also had our hotel rooms booked through the tours and were quite satisfactory and upto the mark. Overall i recommend to give them a chance to make your holidays memorable.
