Good rooms service are so good staff are very friendly. but costly
1. About this hotel, I kept my biscuit pack in cupboard in room and went to work, after coming back there was no biscuit pack. So cleaning staff steals food of customers. (or many things luckily I kept my bags locked ) 2. Water comes out of bathroom while you bath 3. Power was cutting continuously 4. Very old and noisy window AC 5. You've to call reception for hot water 6. Cupboards and bathroom are very dirty 7. Also one receptionist is very creepy 8. Stayed here for 2 weeks just because work location was near from here I'm the one who uploaded all photos of pizza's, I'm from Mumbai, Chennai food wasn't suiting me much so while I was there I only ate Domino's and Pizza Hut
Good locality accessible to bus and railway station. Centred around all shops and wedding halls. Has car parking but limited parking space. Lift facility is available and room are kept clean. Ventilation could have been better for non-ac rooms. Service was courteous.
Rooms are just adequate. Although they charge around 2k for an AC room. The fan was too noisy and could not sleep for whole night. Bathrooms are not clean. Not worth paying 2k for a day. The locality is very approachable to ambattur ot bus terminal. Has good parking space. But not worth the price

Pathetic hotel rooms.. I stayed there for 2 days. TV not working, heater not working, rooms are lit well, bathroom was horrible. bathroom window was not covered well , neighbours can have a nice peek while you take bath.. toilet flush not working. Water flows out of the flush instead of flushing into. Over priced. Lifts not working most of the time. Minimum 3 hrs power cut to restrict ac usage during nights. Never ever I want to book this hotel..
Expensive for the facility they have still in old ages window AC with full of noise you have to inform the receptionist to get the hot water. Lift will not work half of the time even you want to go to 3rd floor.the dustbin will not have dustbin bags for the price we give they should have at least these basic facility . Since the location is good these rooms are full due to marriage halls are near by.
