Looking at hotel pics i thought it would be great. But in the entrance itself the way the owner guy treats is like as if the room is for free . Just gave a room which stinks so bad and small tiny cockroaches all over in the quilt. When complained all he say is change bed spread or take the spray . Such a rude person Whole trip was so uncomfortable. Though he had room he was hesitant to give us and if u book then he will give smallest room and dirty one at least 10% better room u get if u book directly .It was my very bad experience. When we go for a trip we should be happy not looking and people like this and disappointing our minds.
Had an amazing stay here with my mother. It's actually a very good location if you want to discover White town. We slept on the top floor next to a big balcony on the roof, what a great view! It was clean and the airco worked great! Bathroom could use a little love but it was still very good. There was a slight hint of nicotine but it wasn't bothersome. The owner was very kind and helpful. Thank you!
The residency was very good. Room and bathroom was clean. The best part of the accommodation, is it situated in white town and nearby to Aurobindo ashram (3 mins walking) . Rock beach is very close to the hotel (7 mins walking distance). Popular cafes are also nearby. Other major tourist attractions are also within 5-10 km range.. You can take a scooty from outside of the hotel ..Stuffs were humble and nice.. Issues I felt was the commode cover which was broken, and room space was slightly small.. Rest it was overall a nice stay..
room & toilet was neat & clean. beach is walkable distance. cleaning is not properly done for bedsheets, pillow cover & towel (stains are also there, but that is diificult to remove. i am talking about general dirt). maintenance of rooms & toilet should b taken up by management to keep up the high star standards of the hotel. nice location.

Great location, helpful staff, well maintained hygienic rooms. The place is barely 300m from rock beach. The person at reception was co-operative and helped us with the contact of person from whom we borrowed scooters. Reasonable prices according to the room quality. Very happy with the stay here.
The owner and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms were small but clean and reasonably good according to the prices. We were two girls travelling alone but felt entirely safe throughout our stay. Highly recommend.
Stayed here for 4 days 3 nights and absolutely had a great time. Decent room with A/C and good view. Very friendly reception helped us with lots of stuff. Perfect location to explore White town and Rock beach. Aurobindo ashram is like 3 mins away.
