Staff was not coperative & staff reception person beheviar is not good no any kind facility in room bracket time is very odd We are stay for one night due to insects attack in room so mead night we have change our room If you are stay hear so total waste of your money

Worst experience in my life, first they refused give room at check-in time, and receptionist Was totally rude i never experienced this kind of experience and later property was seized by police during my booking period please don't book any kind of room Road side thelas aslo maintain hygiene, more than this hotel worst worst hotel .

mis advertised on yatra & oyo, this hotel is not worth staying , this hotel does not have working lift, no room service , no kettle or tea sachets in room, room has cockroaches crawling, pathetic service have untrained staff at reception and in cleaning , definitely not worth staying .. only positive thing is location , located near the bamboo house restaurant, on junglee maharaj road.

King size bed was actually 2 mattress and it was very uncomfortable. There were little cocroches all over the room and bathroom. They have mini fridge but that was not in use. They don't offer you water in the rooms too.

Third class hotel , ac was not working, rude behaviour of hotel staff, they are not cleaning room, lift is not working. They charged three star price and not give any facilities. Total waste of money

Just wanted to share my experience so any other customer doesn't feel same. 1. Seems like a habit to charge extra money from customers basis hotel availability. 2. Room doesn't have basic amenities like water was questioned if I need paid water or free 3. Had cockroaches all around room 4. Dirty towel was given 5. Bed sheets were bad as well 6. Stains all across rooms Thanks but wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone

I would like to share my experience with my citiotel and also want people not prefer this location/ property. These people are fraud and the manager MR.satish who is sitting there is a big cheater. I had booked my two rooms from Delhi on 28th may 2023 through Oyo and made the payment as well. I got the confirmation from Oyo on 3rd June 2023 for both my rooms. I got confirmation day before check-in also and when I reached Pune on 15th June this person mr Satish said there is no room for you and he has given my room to other customers just to seek high prices from them. He denied my booking and i was having a one year child, a diabetic patient with me and i need to roam here and there for room in such hot summer. It's a humble request don't book room in this property because he is a fraud.

Ond of the cheap hotels no amenities you'll feel insecure unprofessional staff don't go unless you want to waste your money
