Not worth for money If you're travelling for holidays or business trips, it's not a good choice since you don't get any basic things, even on booking sites they show breakfast is available & complimentary but in actual no facilities for the same. Room condition and cleaning is also a big issue.

Terrible Experience, Avoid at All Costs! Rating: Review: My recent stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. I cannot emphasize enough how terrible the water quality was. It was undrinkable, had a repulsive odor, and even the slightest touch left a sticky residue on my skin. It was completely unacceptable. The management of this hotel was equally abysmal. They were unresponsive and indifferent to the numerous complaints I made regarding the water issue. It seemed like they couldn't care less about the well-being and comfort of their guests. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction left a lasting negative impression. To make matters worse, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was appalling. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, and the common areas were neglected and unkempt. It felt like no effort was put into ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment for guests. Furthermore, the staff members were rude and unhelpful. They showed no interest in addressing any of the concerns raised and seemed more interested in brushing off any complaints rather than resolving them. It was an absolute disappointment to be treated with such disrespect. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice and find alternative accommodations. The horrible water quality and the inept management make this place unworthy of a single star. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a pleasant stay.

The place was horrible. It is more of a brothel than a hotel. Lights don't work. Toilets are dirty. If by any chance you have a bath in that hotel, please say goodbye to your hair. The staff working there don't give a damn about the customers. I have filed a case against this hotel. Hope it closes soon. Worst hotel ever

Where do i even start : 1. Chef was away so no complementary breakfast ( which was part of the booking ) 2. Lazy staff , cant find them when you have a problem mostly 3. Very poor water supply be it the taps or the flush. The geyser was also leaking somehow. 4. Poor room service , Dint clean the room properly and left the garbage inside. 5. Theres a gym downstairs and a sports complex on top of it ( both not part of the hotel ) so there are almost constant bangs , thuds , door shudders. Doesnt help with the sleep. 6. Zero sense of security. The main door as well as the bathroom door couldn't be locked properly. Pretty bad experience.

Good Hotel. Best Service. BUT The only problem is the Quality Of Water. For bath Hard Water Is There. Water From Borewell.

Worst place to stay Booked this hotel thinking it'll be a good place to stay But it's just the opposite Toilets are continuously leaking Water to take bath and brush is horrible No electricity throughout the day and night I'm typing this without lights and fan in the middle of a summer humid night at about 1030 pm I have a son who has to play an important tennis match tomorrow morning and he couldn't sleep or get any rest Totally avoid this place For 2000 rupees a night this place is 0% worth it

Every thing is ok with De alphabet hotel except water. Previously I was stayed in Minerva Grand, now just I did trail here compare to minerva bed is okay but water is too bad..even though I can't split. Any way thanks to goibibo
