FRAUD HOTEL I booked a room online, made a full pre-payment, and received a booking confirmation. Upon reaching the hotel at 11 pm, the manager demanded an additional payment. Given the late hour, I had no other option but to agree to the payment. However, he insisted on receiving the extra amount on his personal mobile number and also refused to provide a receipt for the additional payment. Absolute fraud. Furthermore, I observed that the bedsheets and pillow covers were unchanged, and there were serious sanitation issues.

It was located in a good area. Nearby to the road and all. Looks big and nice from outside but inside it was compact. Hot water was available. No amenities like body wash, shampoo, moisturizer were available. Not even a basic towel. No land line facility to call the reception. I stayed for a short while, so I wasn't aware of wifi facilities. It was just okay. May work for quick freshen up but not for vacation or business trips.

This place is the definition of scam. We paid full amount while booking but during check in they asked for extra amount. Do yourself a favour, and cancel your booking even if you have to lose money. Next to none service and greedy behaviour of management will ruin your whole trip.

I will not even give them a single star ...these guys are bloody cheaters and frauds.They are not even worth a penny . please don't waste even a single rupee on them ,I have booked the 2 rooms for 4 occupants and they've modified my booking in their own and started asking extra money for 2 more occupants. I had to cancel my booking but they started deny that they have modified the booking.oyo is not returning my full money without their authentication and they are not ready to pick the phone. They are bloody fraudsters...they are spoiling OYO'S name . There are many people who have raised complaint against. Please never book this hotel and OYO should banned this type of hotels and please refund my full money.

This hotel and room are clean and neat.and there is no complimentary breakfast .if we check for room facilities they said there is inside restaurant and they provide a complimentary breakfast too.but there is no inside restaurant and also we didn't get any complimentary breakfast.inside the room there is two chairs,one king size bed,a wardrobe ,and a small table.bathroom is clean and good.if you book this rooms through Oyo .they said that the room charges according to the days .but if we reached earlier then we pay extra.we reached at 9am in the morning and they charge 800rs more.inspite off this place is calm and quiet.

The rooms were pretty ugly and not clean. I got a supari pan cover inside my bedsheet. The soap in the washroom was already used, they didn't care to remove it although they did provide a new soap. They don't provide water bottles and we need to pay for it. I only stayed for 7 hours and they charged Rs. 1600 and they didn't provide a bill either. They charged extra for early check-in (1 hour). The rooms are pretty small unlike how it's shown in the images and it has window access to the corridor. My window couldn't be locked and anyone could have taken things kept near the window and that's the only place where a power socket was. So I had to take the risk. Their service is terrible too. When I asked where I could get water, they pointed me to the water can and there was no jug in the room. I'd simply not recommend it although it's at a good location from the business centres.

They will ask you to pay more than what was in OYO and they won't give the bill for the extra paid

Same like others in the reviews. I had booked for two guests. When my parents reached the hotel next day, they said it was booked for only one guest and collected extra 900 rupees. Please avoid the scammers.
