Recently we have booked Kerala holiday package from Dhaka Bangladesh with Tori Tour and found satisfactory with hotel,car , food etc. But unfortunately the local tour agency did not pay Hotel and Boathouse charges in time, so the hotel authority did not allow us to let in for more than one and half hours. Same incase of boathouse, so we have to waste more than one and half hours outside the boathouse after checkout and this is very much embarrassing & suffering.
Recenty we have traveled Darjelling and Gangtok. We contacted Tori Tour & Travels to plan our tour. They provided best service to us for hotel booking, car booking and cover almost all spot. I am very happy with the service they provided.
Horrible experience with this tour agency bcz we take customised tour that means we provide money as per demand but need service according to us. But complete failure except one demand where we claim to see the views from room. From very beginning no communication regarding transportation that is why we have faced a lots of issues and we have some old persons who cannot carry their luggages. We briefing it from very beginning but the actual scenario was worst as they are not taking any action. Later the last hotel, we had demand of electric kettle from very beginning but there was no provision of hot water at minus temperature due to lack of electric kettle for drinking water. No proper response from them. Plus whatever our choice regarding food that was not met by them. So what is the profit for customer to take customised tour from Tori travels??it's completely disaster as we conduct tour by ourselves so we know how to arrange a tour. That is why I don't recommend this agency to anyone.. I edited this post after seeing your review. no explanation regarding 1 hour waiting in Chandigarh at night 8 pm to 9.15 pm? at the side of highway where no shop is there and we have a ladies gang. the drivers are completely unknown. so what about your communication there? finally I suggest you learn something from cox and kings who have experienced one to handle different kinds of customers as per their taste. actually who refer you we all trust him that is why we are not taking reviews about you from market where you are completely failure to satisfy our demand. and one more thing 4 star hotels in your options not its our recommendation one. what ever you provide in option we choose from them so we look for that 4 star kind of hotels always. its your failure you cannot understand our taste.
With a reasonable rate, this travelling agency gave us the best experience. From hotel rooms to the transport services, they delivered what they promised. We're delighted with their services and will surely opt them for our future trips.
