Neat and clean rooms polite staff.. Great experience

I booked room here but couldn't survive more than 4 hours. Entrance to this service apartment is too small no hygiene near to this place. Receptionist Mohamad Sami asked me for cash payment so he can keep in his pocket rather than giving it to their business account. Room window was broken and not in working condition, towels provided by them are small in size. Unskilled staff keep asking me about when I'll check out. Pathetic service. not recommended.

Stayed here recently The place is made up nicely. However room service is horrible. Hot water in bathroom is so cold that you get the shivers while taking bath. They have fitted a solar water heater which wastes lot of precious water while draining of the cold water.You have to wait for hours to get hot water. Nobody comes to clean the room you have to call the person. Again you have to ask for towel, for bedsheets, for pillows and so on Service to very very poor. There is only 2 persons looking after the place.

Nice small place if you are planning a stay staff is good and place is clean but lacks parking space clearly because I was asked to park my vehicle in the compound belonging to some other person and he made a commotion the next morning. Drinking water is not complimentary. Safety wise can not say much.

Behaviour of man sitting at reception was really rude. When we asked for drinking water he told us that we need to purchase it from outside. We told him to arrange two wheelers for us , he arranged worst vehicles in which brakes were not working. Washroom was also not clean.

No cleaning of the room done even after reminder. No Towels has been provided and bed sheet not changed on reminder

Never ever visit to this cheapest hotel. Staff behaviour was so rude, manager was rude most of tha time, the took 800rs for bedsheet just because of bedsheet was dirty. And their staff scammed with me of 1200rs extra. Dont go for this cheap hotel.
