Spacious building with waiting hall and seats for patients. Prior appointment required for consultation. Fee is reasonable and doctors are experienced. Adequate staff available to take care of waiting persons and patients. Opticals inside the hospital. Various Payment modes -cash, card or UPI scan. Doctors and support staff are courteous. Located aroun 400m from SM cars on Sarada college Road, on the way from 5 roads to Hasthampatti Junction.

Good & friendly treatment. The consulting fees is 300 rupees. You can walk in and don't need any prior appointment. The staff are friendly and guide the attendants & patients. The area is also calm which is an advantage for those who prefer noise-free environment. The fees maybe seen a bit high for those who come from lower economic background. 4 stars for this reason only. The Doctors are friendly and explain the situation in an understandable way to the patients.

An unique eye hospital. Excellent customer care by the staff deputed. Wonderful efficiency, care and dedication by the doctors. Good ambiance .The environment is homely, neat and tidy. Quick response with attention. Sure will convey to my friends. My best wishes to the management.

Last 20 years my parents were proudly saying about TMS. First time I visited on 29-6-2022, it is true. It is very quality and planned administration, handling patients systematic. Even from trichy we are coming salem to see Sr. Dr. Siddarth sir. Really satisfied.

This is purely based on our experience. We are from Chennai. We came to TMS Salem because of our known closed circle strong recommendation as they have already taken up treatment from Dr Siddharthan. From day one we felt very safe as Dr Siddharthan explained and made us feel confident. The Hospital staffs as well who were very friendly and helpful. Post procedure Mrs Siddharthan explained things very kindly to us and even made sure accommodation is arranged soon. For us to travel from Chennai to Salem for a procedure had lot of thoughts but all those efforts felt light because of a good treatment and kind natured Doctor Siddharthan, Mrs Siddharthan and all the staffs made things peaceful and registered trust. I'm not mentioning staffs names on due respect for their privacy. Definitely few main lady staffs are true gems. It has only been few days after procedure. I will try update my review after 3 months again on our status. Thanks to everyone!

Well, It used to be a prestigious hospital where you can get yourself treated. But I don't think it is so much so these days. I read some of the reviews and one person mentioned about arrogant support staff. I also would add one of the Doctors too in this arrogant list. Out of curtsy I am not mentioning him by the name. May be he is experienced, but it is not as if he is the only eye surgeon in Salem. You have to wake up, arrogant doctor. You are good only as long as people value your services. But the cost of treatment is quite reasonable. That one has to accept. The hospital is clean. This hospital also employs a third gender, (with all wearing the mask, I could not exactly say) I think and that is a good service to the community.

Frames are not quality.... Response from the opticals are too worst...
