Going through the post partum phase is very difficult, with changing body and stress trying to deal with the overwhelming experience. My life changed when I started working out 1 year post delivery and trust me ! My trainer, Sujita deserves all the credit, from pushing me and training me to get stronger as well as achieve a healthy mind. TM Fitness Studio is an amazing place to rev up your body and get that positive energy flow around you.
Worst zumba fitness centre in Guwahati...they take money from people and if the person don't go to their classes even for 1 sec they are not willing to return money... it's like millions of years to get in shape .... it's better to join a gym then going to this zumba centre...they r just for scamming people and taking money from them... Putting sujita as a showpiece to attract peoples but trust me you won't a get a inch of fat loss here.. worst place to invest money...

One of the best Fitness Studio in Guwahati. Studio run by Women Power team lead by Tandramoni Kumar for Women and to Women. I myself associated with this Studio for two consecutive years and during this period I had seen myself and others with many beautiful results losing weight till 21kgs. If you need someone to push you to your limits go to TM fitness studio. It's the best thing you can have at reasonable price over the super expensive Zumba classes anywhere else in guwahati. I tried others before, I swear to you they were out of my expense reach. Then the ambiance. So energetic and powerful. It has a way of making you feel good about yourself. There's a lot of people out there giving 1 star to a place they've never been to. Guess what. You ain't earning any money and you got no supporters, yet in TM you get a family who never judges you for the way you look only makes you happier and healthier!!!
