I really like the environment of Stay fit fitness studio... it is helping in loosing my weight. It has been 2 months since I have joined and I have lost 5kgs... I am very happy with my journey and experience

i used to have leg pains and prediabetic. after joining for 2.5 months my pain is gone and my blood sugar levels are normal. thanks to ma'am. she is very professional and a great teacher.

Stayfit fitness studio is a temple of body fitness and calmness of mind where a person feels relaxed and gets physically active, enthusiastic through out the day by energetic training by tapasi mam. She is damn friendly . I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazingly fit when I leave. I would really recommend to try this place out, it is the best place I've found to achieve my fitness goals.

The classes conducted by Tapasi Ma'am is incredible...Everytime I get to learn new workouts..To add on, the yoga sessions really helps in relaxing the muscles. Extremely happy about the decision of joining this institution.

I joined Stay fit class 3 months ago and I lost 4 kg weight.I am really enjoying the classes and our instructor Taposhi Mam's behaviour is excellent and she guid each and everybody very carefully .
