"Extremely disappointed with the service at World of Titan in Kumbakonam. I placed an order for a battery and an original strap a month ago, and despite numerous attempts to follow up, I haven't received any updates or information regarding my order. The staff's unresponsiveness and constant delays in promising a call back are frustrating. This level of service is unacceptable and has left me thoroughly dissatisfied with my experience. I was from MAYILADUTHURAI i was travelled 30km to the store and given order too in the month of October too but till now I was not get response the staff was unresponsive name before the shop renovation time we given order that also no response"

Visited the showroom. They have many collections from various brands. I chosen Fastrack and got 20 percent of discount.

Good showroom collections available in different brands
Poor customer service. I contacted this showroom for my watch repair last month. They noted down my details and gave assurance that my watch will be repaired within a week. But, till now they dint care about it.
