I visited Titan Eye, Sector 17, Chandigarh to repair the spectacles of my Didi who is visiting us. All of a sudden the specteles fell down and one of the glasses is broken at the corner. We approached the Titan Eye store and asked for repair. It is an amazing experience. Mr.Siddharth cheerfully helped us and temporarily got it repairedi.Its so nice a store and people are so helpful. The store is also full of stock of variety of frames . I must recommend everyone to visit the store.

Went here to fix a misalignment in my Titan frame. The staff was friendly, polite and exceptionally professional. They fixed it at no cost and a big smile!

Excellent and courteous service. I went there to purchase polarised Ray Ban Aviator teardrop sunglasses, and quickly found just the right item with assistance from a helpful salesperson. The stems needed some adjustment, which was quickly done to my satisfaction. All products sold at Total outlets come with a comprehensive 2-year warranty. Overall, a good experience.

Nice range and I liked the way they offered an exchange of my specs which even I didn't knew that the warranty is left, but they searched the date of purchase themselves and offered me a new one and adjusted the amount of previous one

I alongwith my family always buy eye glasses from here being a Tata Group & reliable price pointwise outlet, worth No Scope of price manipulations, although their glasses are always easy costlier but whatever they say, they sell as no one stands to gain by telling lies here. They must go ahead and appoint doctors at each of their outlets for free consultations and also to install latest high end machines available around the world for vision correction and I am sure with Tata Tag behind them, that shall be a roaring successful venture. Go ahead Tatas and modernize your offerings.
