If you have 20-30 days time in hand for getting the glasses you may buy, otherwise buy from somewhere else or online. I selected a sunglass with custom power, they gave a deadline of 1 week, it's been around 15 days and I still haven't received it yet. This is very very poor service.

I recently had a thorough eye check-up at this shop, and I was impressed. The person who helped me with the specs reading was friendly, and the overall experience was great. The shop also offered good prices for the specs, and I found a quality frame that I really liked. It was a fantastic deal all around! Highly recommended!

I am regular customer of Titan eyeplus but now a days the service is really bad.. ...I have bought a frame in June but it broke whithin two months...while buying the frame they said it has 6months warranty but now they said it would not possible, if u took the insurance u can get the coverage unless.... It's misleading the customer...the official ph no is always switch off... Very bad customer service

Giving 1 star from a regular customer to get the management & Public attention. I am visiting shop back to back days around 7.40 PM everyday. It takes me 1 hour to reach the shop from my home after heavy traffic post my office hours. The phone number they have given is also switched off from couple of days. Last time I visited on July, very less stock was there, they told that they will inform in August. Not a single call back. Utterly disappointed from this from Titan

Please never visit this store. They don't have the basic standards and etiquettes which a titan store should have. They behave like a street shop and focus only on their margins rather than the quality parameters which titan used to take care off. Absolutely ridiculous. Request Titan to not allow such people to spoil their reputation of trust.
