Got my life's first Specs from this showroom of Titan eye plus . This branch of Titan eye plus is in prime location just adjacent to sohum Shoppe and other cloth brand outlets are also nearby. Staff of this outlet are very polite and they have depth knowledge about lenses and specs. They are very cooperative and helpful when you choose your frames and lenses. I am an old customer of Titan eye plus and their service is splendid

The lady at the cash counter, Rimpi, was very rude and It took her more than 45 minutes just to make bills and process the delivery of ready pre ordered items. When placing our order a week ago we had asked them to redeem the points in our account but they said that's only possible at delivery and when we went to take the delivery of the products they said that points wouldn't be credited to our account for at least 10 more days and hence they could not redeem them. Terrible in store experience.

They have so many collections. The price range is also good. The support staff is really helpful. My wife and I bought a pair of glasses. They have a free eye testing facility too which is really helpful while placing the order for power glasses.

Quite hospitable and friendly . They fixed my specs for free . Highly impressed
