It's an average mall. Supermarket is good. I usually do my shopping there. Some other shops are also there like a baby shop or bag shop, which I haven't visited yet. Parking area is on the side and beneath the building. It's limited, but ok. There is an ice cream shop in there, which is nice and serve good faloodas.
Nothing much to say, it is a small mall, though a few stores like metro bazaar, cyboos coolbar, baby care etc do a decent business, some other stores do not see much customers and are in a state of despair. Some stores are also closed down permanently. Perhaps it is the location or the stench of rotting fish from the near by fish market or the prices, the place doesn't attract much customers and looks deserted and dry.
At the heart of the city, cordial billing staff, enough staff to help you for selecting grocery,vetables, they are willing to help you in selecting household and kitchen items. Almost all items such as poultry and backery. Special weekend Discount Sales on almost all week. Sometimes continues the discount sale with a marginal difference. Neat,tidy and systematic display of all goods. It is a pity that more than half of the customers does not show manners atleast quarter of the Staff level. Go and feel if the above is true.

It's a mall with limited facility I used visit the metro supermarket here for my grocery purchase then Cyboos Coolbar is also famous for Falooda. Then the Mambally bakery also here one of the oldest bakery in Kerala. One Baby's shop also is there I forget it's name
