Tiara Restaurant - Fast food restaurant in Shillong - East Khasi Hills, India

I visited this restaurant hoping for a satisfying meal, but was met with disappointment. The chicken drumsticks were cold, dry, and reminiscent of roadside food court fare. The lack of flavor and freshness was a letdown. Service was average at best. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Disgusting food taste and quality, the lady at the counter does not know how to behave with a customer...I ordered something else and they provided something else without asking us giving an excuse that it wasn't available. Even though we did not refused to pay more.. But still they made calculation mistake and charged us more, when I raised question, that witch lady started argumenting saying I was lying.. When she realised about the mistake she still behaved so bad.. Pathetic experience..

I want to give her 0 rating for her poor quality food and rude behavior towards customers... The lady at the front desk makes her customers fool by charging more money thn the actual price written on the menu... That is why maybe the restaurant is empty most of the time

Customers should be treated well... But that lady on the front desk is mannerless.. she makes the customers fool by charging them extra money.. n if she gets caught she won't even apologize.. she insults customers who don't order expensive items.. by the way every item on the menu are way too expensive as per the quantity they serve..

Was enjoying food with family members today (08-06-2019), when suddenly we found this from the food. Hygienic food should be served for the best quality Rating.

Pathetic restaurant. !!!!! They chase their customer away if they sit there for more then 1 hour. They will literally come and snatch your plates. That kind of behaviour. The lady who is the owner or whatever was like "you should eat quickly and leave" .. The reason restaurant was empty no body visits this is how they run business. Should never visit.

The Chinese that u get here is awesome and its a small restaurant its my favourite.when u visit golf link and u r looking for a restaurant then u must come here u wont regret.

Unpleasant front desk staff who gets annoyed with any enquiry or small service. They're also very cheap and stingy with the quality and quantity of food. This restaurant has the quality of a roadside stall.
