Over all iam happy with thyrocare nallagandla service

A horrific experience. They promise to give the reports soon but when it's time they'll stop taking your calls and keep avoiding you and will give the lamest of excuses. The best is they go for lunch from 1-5Pm with shutter down. That's a pretty big lunch in my opinion. Please avoid going to this lab for anything ( except for lunch). Also the results are not accurate. Got the tests done from another lab and they were better ( compared it to the third lab results).

ZERO Rating. If you need your reports, don't ever approach this branch. The Worst ever Experience with this Branch, They take the sample and never send the Report. We should have enough patience to keep calling them. The representative who comes and collects and the office staff will never pick up the calls. I give this branch a ZERO rating. I recommend no one to get your any kid of done here.

Very bad and irresponsible service. Morning I had given urine sample for lab test and asked them when will I get the report as I have appointment with doctor same day at 7pm. They told me will provide the report by 6pm same day, Later in the evening I went to pick up the report at 6pm but it was closed, continuous calling to them and still no response from them, finally came at 7pm after checking in the system they saying report is still under process will get it tomorrow morning. I asked them I need it now at this moment then they took morning urine sample to other lab and got me report in 30mins. But doctor rejected tat report saying there is no valid lab name and sign from any doctor. I called them next day morning for the report that was to be provided by Thyrocare but they said we stopped the process as we gave you report from other unnamed lab. Very bad, negligence and irresponsible service..

Don't go here. Thyrocare is generally really good, across the country, but this branch is the WORST! They didn't do the tests I wanted, bad customer service, rude and clueless staff and the height of incompetence.

Highly Highly unprofessional. They don't come for sample collection on time, never pick up the calls, don't reply on WhatsApp. This is my 2nd bad experience - and it was even worse this time around.

I booked PCR test from thyrocare nallagandla. They send fake report of some other lab from Tirupathi. Stay away from thyrocare. They are scamming people. They take 1200 rs + additional home collection charges. Biggest scam. This diagnostic centre needs to close down.

Timelines of Report not met & unprofessional Customer support. Missed doctors appointment due to it. First they said that they can only send the report post 22 hrs but even after 30 hrs report wasn't generated despite chasing them multiple tiime, still waiting for the report. Moreover, when you call customercare to get a solution to the report, they are rude and ask to call their mumbai Office. In today's time I really don't know why they need 22 hrs for a test report to generate. Now days its generally on the same day test reports are generated.
