The service is usually decent but today's service was absolutely horrible. It was with a new girl- not sure of her name. Eyebrow and upper lip threading were very poor. Got multiple cuts on my eyebrows. Also, poor customer handling skills- kept doing it super fast even though she could see it's paining. Would not recommend. After my eyebrow threading was done, there were so many extras remaining. I asked her to check, couldn't do it properly. Like legit I just asked for removal of extras which is basic. Very untrained staff. My eyebrows still need to be done. Not sure if I'll ever visit again!

Went for a hair spa. Tried the Hair nourishing spa. My hair stylist Mukesh did an absolutely amazing job. My hair looks so healthy after the treatment. I would highly recommend visiting here. The best part of hair spa is the massage. Its just so relaxing. Thanks Mukesh and Studio 11.
