Absolutely unprofessional attitude from Thrillophilia. Inspite of paying the full package amount promptly, there were zero follow ups and even after reporting an issue with a resort, they failed to follow up and ask us if everything was fine. Won't ever be booking a trip with them again.

We visited Kashmir in June this year with the bookings done by thrillophilia . They done the booking with the bucket list voyage travel agency. We had 1 N in house boat in Srinagar. When they have given the details of the house boat it was good , front facing beautiful view but when we actually reached there it was such a shabby place as they took us to some other house boat . After complaining for several times they didn't change our house boat nor gave any better option.

Such a worst nightmare ! You guys may be better for an Indian travel but not at all the best for a Europe travel. You guys made our time in Italy the worst . To all who are reading this post please read it completely it's for your own benefit. I booked the tickets for colloseum and Vatican through this website and paid for the tickets well in advance about 2 months ahead. The travel to Italy colloseum was at 9am skip the line tickets to view the colloseum inside. These guys will send you a ticket confirmation but when you show this ticket in the counter they won't let you in as the tickets they send you doesn't have a bar code or qr code for the colloseum entry which wasted our whole travel and made us stressed the who week we spent in Italy. Upon checking with them they don't have a direct number for us to make a call the number is an Indian number which when we reach some one would reachout to you through watsapp. Upon checking with the agent they advised that they get the tickets and then they will send you a ticket depending on that daya availability by checking with their provider which is a total scam. The pont of us booking through you well in advance is to make sure that you have the tickets ready. Later they would tell you a time which complelty ruins you existing itinerary for the stay you have in Italy. Such a worst experience we could not visit colloseum and they are trying to refund the money . But they are a scam. I would advise the travellers not to book with thrillophilia not even once it's better always to book with the direct websites as it will ruin your whole trip. The refund is under process and hope we would get it. But would you be able to give us the time and the expectations that we had to visit colloseum back ? No way such a bad experience. Why do you play with peoples values time and their entire trip by doing this. Either you should have advised about these things when we book nothing was advised and we where stranded missing one of the important places . Scam alert - don't do the same as we did by booking your tickets to places in Europe with them they are not a right people to give you the ticket . Please please book your sights through the direct website they are the best and book well in advance. Thrillophilia - such a waste of time and unreliable one of the worst experience we had in our travel to Europe. Please stay safe

This organisation, it's people and it's existence is simply a bane to anyone who's looking for a relaxing holiday These guys will lure you with a very lucrative holiday package, the moment the sales guy closes the deal with a 50% token money, he will vanish and never return your calls or text messages. Then they will assign an ops guy who'll talk to you in sweetest possible way and when your travel dates come closer, he'll tell you about the additional costs that you'll have to bear, in my case it was 3x the original package cost. Once you start revolting against it, he'll tell you that you will receive the entire refund and again, he'll vanish Now you're left at the mercy of customer support team who are clueless, doesn't know how to get any information or pass on information. This company has 0 internal communication, I had to personally communicate to different teams and not even seniors are interested in your problems. Their delusion and incapability is astounding to say the least. I pity those who associate themselves with these people and have their vacation and money wasted. The organisation is messed up and I'd suggest you stay away from these guys.

Wonderful experience of our Bali tour 6N/7D, especially all fields trips was done as per planned itenirary. Driver and vehicle was good as promised. Overall all support staffs are excellent. Hotel as per our choice was booked was fabulous. Overall Indonesian people are excellent in terms of their hospitality, behaviour and support wherever required. Customer service and care is primarily important for a successful trip. Suggestions: Flexibility has to be there on itenirary in the site considering practical situations on vehicle support after day tour schedule. These flexibility and relaxation shall attract more to the tour operator. It is fact that tour operator is to provide service to run their business. But after completion of your , customer has to be satisfied provided if they know the feelings & day to requirements from the customer by day to day communication. All the best. Keep it up . Beware of this group!! They are the biggest frauds....out to loot your hard earned money, with false promises. We had booked for a trip to Arunachal pradesh. Below standard home stay accommodation in Dhirang with broken bathroom fixtures, towel like blankets, and 2 beds accommodation for 3 adults, inspite of paying the entire amount well in advance. Even the room was on the 3rd floor for senior citizens like us,pretending they were not aware of this.Utter nonsense and callousness on their part.Request all concerned to re think before booking. Horrible experience with this group.

This company is conducting fraudulent and very inappropriate business. We travelled from the USA to India and booked a 6 day tour in Ladakh. 2 days before the tour, they cancelled and refuse to refund us. They offered to give us the tour next year but we cannot just fly to India from the US at a later date - that does not make any sense. Throughout this process, we also had to change our dates once and paid $150 just to change the dates (extremely high charge but we had no choice - either had to pay this fee or lose out on the whole tour so we paid it). They will not refund the tour cost and will not even refund this change fee despite clearly not honoring that date change and instead offering to take us on this tour next year.. When contacting them, they've refused to respond and answer our phone calls. Overall - just don't book with them, they will ask for extra money and will scam you and not reply. Never been so outraged and felt so disrespected. We were really looking forward to this trip and traveled from the other side of the world for this.

My experience with Thrillophilia's Singapore trip booking can only be described as a catastrophic nightmare. From the start, their lack of communication and professionalism was utterly appalling. Mr. Shashank, my designated point of contact, proved to be completely inept, ignoring my calls and messages. This level of incompetence is simply unacceptable for a company in the travel industry. The deceitful behavior of Ms. Saloni, the salesperson, added insult to injury. She made false promises to secure the booking, only to vanish and become unresponsive when I needed assistance. When I reached out to her regarding a distressing incident with the driver, she shamelessly abandoned me. It is shameful and disheartening to witness such unethical conduct from a representative of Thrillophilia. The trip itself was marred by further incompetence and disrespect. Thrillophilia failed to fulfill their payment obligations to vendors, causing a visa ordeal. To make matters worse, the van driver exhibited appalling behavior, using offensive language and even slamming the door in my face. The entire experience left me emotionally shattered, and the lack of support and accountability from Thrillophilia has only added to my deep disappointment and anger. In conclusion, I strongly advise against booking with Thrillophilia. Their lack of communication, deceitful practices, and utter disregard for customer satisfaction make them an unreliable and unprofessional choice. Save yourself the anguish and frustration by seeking a more reputable and customer-centric travel provider
