I have taken personal training with Master Shajahan for last 2months and the results are amazing.. Best thing with my master is, he explains abt the benefits of all the exercises before we get into it.. Best place for all women's to reduce your postpartum body weight with healthy simple home cooked diet food recommended by masters. More than money they really care about health and fitness to the clients.. I am very much inspired with my master Shajahan's training program which made me to hit the gym regularly.. One of the best GYM at Kattupakkam. The building might look small from outside but THOR fitness has ample amount of space to work out and they have all kinds of machines. The equipments are more, this gives us multiple choices to chose our workouts. I am trained by MR.loga prasana . He is too kind and makes himself available all days and doesn't hesitate to come on Sundays as well. He is highly skilled and the variations he give i have never tried before. Yes, it is happening I am getting my shape back. Loga prasana master is the best, he always backs me up to give 100%, calls me at morning and boosts me to come to gym. I will post my transformation pic in this same channel once 90 days is completed.
I had an awesome experience training with Krishna Master. He put together a personalized and comprehensive workout plan for my unique goals and he helped me stay motivated and accountable for the months that we were working together. Not only he's knowledgeable, has the technical training experience, but also he is down to earth and an overall great guy! he never lost sight of my goals, and that he was always accessible for quick question or motivational boost. Gym ambience would be overwhelming. Coaches are friendly especially Shaju master. He has good anatomical as well as knowledge about fitness and diet. Unlike other gyms , Coaches here move friendly irrespective of enrollment in PT. Gym is functional all days throughout the year. Would suggest you guys take up a visit if u r looking for gym at a affordable cost with good equipments.

Thor unisex fitness studio is a highly recommended gym by me. The community is so friendly and the Masters are very supportive. I joined gym for the first time so I needed assistance with the equipments and exercises So the team assisted me and I took personal training from master Shiva which was really helpful and I have noticeable physical improvements in my body,He helped in my diet exercise and everything possible for my muscle growth. I highly recommend this gym for all types of members!!.
