Pathetic service, worst possible travel agency. They are doing fraud with customer money.Almost 4 months back they have taken money from my husband for booking air ticket of a specific tour, now the flight got cancelled, but they are not returning the money for more than 4 months giving false excuses.Unfortunately later on we came to know that they are doing these kind of frauds with other customers also. I think very soon they will wrap up their business & will run away. So to all the potential customers be very careful of booking any tour with these fraudstars.

The lady at the Forex counter - Ms Chatterjee could benefit from some customer service etiquettes. She is impatient and has little courtesy. Other than that, service is okay. Could benefit from some streamlining.

Worst possible travel agency...a big fraud, both the company & the staffs...taken money from us, cancelled the tour at last moment, now it is more than 2 months, not returning the money, giving all false excuses.... I think very soon they will shut there business, so don't book any tour through them, otherwise you will end up loosing your valuable money.... Please don't joke with the customer after doing fraudulent Activity with the customer, by asking to contact the service quality department as they have been trained & instructed by the company to give false assurance to the customer of solving their problem & to linger for indefinite period.

This is one of the first times I'm leaving a review without having been asked to do that. My experience with the people in this branch was great! I went through a 2.5-hour-long ordeal with my payment (my phone kept running out of charge) and everyone here, particularly the two people sitting at the Foreign Exchange counter (Mr. Sudipta and the other bespectacled person whose name I didn't catch) were very helpful and didn't display any impatience at all. Mr. Sudipta even waited till almost 7 pm (which is beyond the working hours) for my payment to go through and ensured that I left their office w the forex card. For that, as well as for all the assistance he provided, I am very grateful to him. Thomas Cook is a big name in this sector, and I guess it's people like Mr. Sudipta and his colleagues who are ensuring that their organisation keeps up w its reputation.

Thomas cook is in sdf building 2nd floor, it is the correct place for exchanging currency but still I won't suggest anyone for exchanging money in much amount because fee is high specially if you get USD while traveling in asia then again you have to exchange that USD to other country currency and like this you have to pay twice exchange rate and this will be really expensive. I travel to Vietnam and I am using my international visa card and It really much less transaction amount I have to as I am using agribank atm only. So I would suggest only use your visa atm card it will be cheaper than any different method. It's just my suggestion rather choice is yours.

Extremely slow service. The task of currency exchange that takes hardly 10 mins took nearly 25 mins. The reason was the lady who was doing the job was busy making arrangements for another customer on phone and i felt as she was doing me a favour by giving me the currency. I had to request her twice to expedite the process I have availed Thomas Cook facilities thrice in Bangalore. They were much more efficient. The management should work on making their personnel more customer friendly and efficient.

So much delay in every process... Customer almost nill at that branch...still the Thomascook representative are so much busy in calls...go only if u have sufficient time in hand ..

Very very bad experience when I went to exchange money yesterday. I had fixed the exchange rate in their website and went to their office at SDF building to exchange the USD. When I went to their office they refused to entertain the request as they DID NOT RECEIVE any information regarding the transaction number and asked me to speak with the customer care. After speaking to the CC executive, she started the process. The entire process took 1 HOUR despite myself being the only customer during the time. The fact me being the only customer for the period of 1 hour tells a lot about this particular office.
