Dr Pooja is an excellent Occupational Therapist, who lovingly helped my child with his fine moto skills and improved his overall well being. We love her gentle approach. Her entire team are extremely warm and accomodating. Would highly recommend her.

I went to TheraCure to address bicep and tricep tendinitis in my upper right arm/shoulder. At the time of my first visit, the pain level was quite high and movement quite restricted. Pooja did a thorough consultation to diagnose the "pain points" (quite literally) and then over the following 4 weeks, she and her staff treated me with 2-3 visits per week. Pooja has an array of treatment options in her clinic and we went through several of them during my treatment. Pooja was continuously monitoring my condition and improvements and was quite receptive to modifying treatments along the way. Her entire staff is also very well trained and helpful. My pain began to reduce in about 2 weeks and by the end of the 4 weeks, I was nearly pain free and had regained 90 % mobility. I would highly recommend TheraCure Clinic for physiotherapy. I am from Australia and was visiting family in India. I was looking for a good physiotherapist to fix my right arm as I had frequent tingling sensation going from my neck to my fingers due to any injury. I got to know of TheraCure through google and decided to visit. Everyone (Dr Pooja, Dr Arva and Vineeta) were very friendly and they connect with the patients . Dr Arva treated me and did not only look at the specific problem but complete body including posture and alignment. She recommended 5 sessions for my treatment and identified and fixed issues that I wasn't aware of until she pointed them out. Dr Pooja also discussed my case with me and kept checking up on me during my visits. And Vineeta was very proactive in terms of managing appointments, sending reminders and following up as necessary. Various treatments were done like electrotherapy, cupping, needling , massaging and exercises for different areas of my body. After 5 visits I feel much better and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs knowledgeable , kind, friendly and patient physiotherapist
