I as a sports enthusiast often get injured frequently. But thanks to Muscle Lab and their team for taking prompt action and taking good care to work on all my injuries. My recovery was fast and complete guidance/assistance was given by Muscle Lab doctors.
It's rare to find a doctor who goes above and beyond to ensure their patients feel valued and understood. I'm incredibly grateful for their commitment to providing the highest level of care.
The clinic as also very much spacious with all latest tools, equipment's and ample of space in the waiting area.

I had been suffering with a severe back pain from many years. We tried many physiotherapists but relief was always temporary.
I recently visited Mumbai for family function and got the reference of Muscle Lab and decided to give it a try.
I was amazed to see no electrical instruments unlike other labs. Also lab is very spacious and well maintained. Dr Sneha gave ample amount of time to understand my problems and area of pain before going ahead with actual treatment.
Treatment in Muscle Lab was completely different than the other labs. Entire treatment was performed without using a single instrument and i think thats the recipe of the permanent relief. The other therapists at the Muscle Lab are also equally talented and friendly. Dr Sneha also helped me understand many other mental reasons which can cause pain and suggested good diet plan and books as well.
With given advice and exercises my pain reduced to 80%.

I had been dealing with a lot of back pain and neck for quite a few years. I tried going to so many physiotherapists but got no permanent solution. I had lost hope: That's when I met Dr. Sneha Ramchandani. Going to her changed my state of constant pain to very little pain.
The exercise she gave me were easy to follow and didn't take up too much of time. But still were so effective .
The rest of the therapists at muscle lab are also very friendly and knowledgeable.

I consulted Dr. Sneha after being immobile for a month due to a severe ligament tear at the ankle. To my surprise with her treatment and right guidance i was able to walk in no time. Later her sessions also helped me fix my knee pain and rectify my posture. She is very patient, professional and knowledgeable. Highly Recommended for any physio needs!

Very targeted and effective treatment, rather than generalised 'back-pain exercises' that other doctors do.
Muscle Lab has a superb team of doctors. After having gone to innumerable doctors for over 7 years for my rheumatoid pains got treated by the team of Muscle Lab. I was put on a balanced diet by them and it was this simple change in food that made a whole lot of change in my body where I am now able to walk more than 5 kms in a span of 45 minutes and am also able to lift weights .
