Best hotel in Leh. Wonderful hospitality, good atmosphere. The staff is very well behaved. GM Thinlas Norboo is a very friendly and helpful person. The front office staff is very well behaved and supportive. Non vegetarian food can be improved in terms of taste.

This is a luxury segment hotel in Leh and has very good heating available for the cold season. The noteworthy part is the heated floors of the bathroom that makes the stay so much more comfortable and convenient. There are 2 wings and most rooms have full sunlight streaming in through the day making it very nice and cozy for the Leh weather. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and there was ample storage place and a desk. There was also a desk if one wants to work. There was TV with all channels. The service was very good and the staff was super helpful and welcoming We had booked the stay with breakfast and dinner. Most days there was a buffet and it was very good. Definitely try the poori bhaji for breakfast and the Punjabi dishes for dinner. The Dal makhani and thr paneer was just amazing. The Chinese selection was also very good. There is also a room service available The location of the hotel is also convinient and the Leh market is just about a kilometre. It's a very good option for stay in Leh incase you are looking for a luxury category hotel.

Wonderful experience at Zen .very beautiful hotel. Royal Suits was super luxurious. Staff is very supportive and friendly. The food was awesome. Hospitality is good .

Excellent view surrounding the rooms, service is great,staffs are very responsive and I'd say it's a good deal for the amount I paid. Food didn't taste anything special at all.There are less to no options for local cuisine and lacks authenticity in the dishes they serve. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the stay here.

Excellent Hotel to stay when you visit at Leh. The services are best in the industry and location is a beautiful one. They have Apple and Apricot trees for the guest. One can enjoy the views from the Hotel. I provides a range of food for the guests.

For the shake of certification only it is a Five Star Deluxe hotel otherwise non of the facilities matches to five star. Location is excellent, staff are friendly and cooperative. Rooms are big but not at all tastefully furnished, similarly bathrooms are big but fittings and fixtures are not upto mark. Except for breakfast all other meals are not upto mark. Quality, taste, presentation and spread of food menu needs huge improvement. My final say will be, you will pay the charges of 5 star Deluxe but will not enjoy the facilities of more than a 4 star hotel. Not at all comparable to other 5 star hotels in the city.

Zen Ladakh is an ultimate in luxury in such a difficult terrain. Welcome drinks and a continuous availability of Virgin Mojito at the reception. Continuous supply of drinking water free of charge. No need for plastic bottled mineral water as the hotels water is completely safe and served in clean glass bottles. Laundry service is very prompt. The hotel has two wings. Diner is served at the old wing, so guests at the new wing have to go there in the chilling and rainy weather This is the only disadvantage. Food is available in a vast variety and is very tasty.The staff also very very courteous.

Excellent Hospitality! The entire staff is well mannered, trained to meet and greet guests in professional way. I would like to thank all the staff for our memorable tour held in May, but to name a few Mr Wangchuk, Angchuk and the GM- Thinlas. We booked a package tour directly with them and it was excellent and cost effective as there was no middlemen/brokers . All the meals were very good! Very courteous team in dinning area. On the day of departure our flight was cancelled , on calling the hotel my taxi was there to pick us in jiffy. Overall very satisfied with all the facilities, book your package with them to save money!
