It feels great to have found such a Yoga institute which has well- trained and understanding instructors and a very nice and calm environment. I first got to know about them through Instagram, where I heard the current director of the institute Hansa Ma. Hearing her made me check if the institute is in Raipur. And I found it!! They believe in 'listen to your body and practice according to what your body is able to accept'. Many workshops also take place wherein experts come and talk about several day to day health problems, and their yogic solutions. I strongly recommend The Yoga Institute to everyone for a happy and peaceful mind and soul:)
The workshops conducted by The Yoga Institute Raipur on the eve of International Day of Yoga have been outstanding as they covered the most talked about topics like weight loss and stress management in short and crisp sessions which proved to be eye-openers and myth busters. The tools and remedies suggested are quite logical, easy and practicable as they are based on the principles of cause and effect.
