It has been a wonderful experienced.If anyone has stress problem I would suggest them to do this yoga course as I have found yoga to be very beneficial for stress relief.Trainer has well experienced and deep knowledge about yoga. I have learnt a lot about yoga poses, meditation. I have also received guidance and inspiration from trainer how I can work I would definitely recommend this course to all yogis if you wanted to take your yoga journey to the next level. Good place for yogis.

One of the best yoga classes in kamothe. Dedicated and encouraging instructor, different exercises every day which means with regular attendance you train every muscle in your body. My body feels flexible and strong. I like that we are taught about benefit of every posture we practice, this helps to deeper connect with our bodies. Taking this opportunity I want to say thank you to our teacher for he's dedication, encouragement, understanding, time and effort. Yoga is an experience worth trying. Art castle is very good academy to learn all kind of arts. I had joined yoga class there. Teachers and instructor takes efforts to teach you every asanas patiently and they help to work on problem areas. Thank you Art castle. It was really a me time of an hour after hectic day in office and travel.

When I came to inquire about yoga sessions, I don't know I would like it or no, the yoga practice would heal my issues or not. But after completing 1 month I started feeling stress free.The routine yoga session has healed my mental as well as physical health.
