Best gym in the area and sir is so supportive that we are able to do those exercise which we were earlier next to impossible to do . The classes of cardio are made supper easy for us with very good equipment. Thank you sir for always motivating me for everything.

it has a great workout experience...the training is also very effective nd even if you are female in that case you can prefer the workout wala cause the environment is very familiar nd helpfull..i myself lost 4-5 kgs in month...there are so many other variation of exercise like zumba,arobics,cardio that can lead to easy and interesting fat loss and weight loss journy...charges are also reasonable....there are all the basic equipment that are needed.....
