It's a ok gym. It just needs some renovation and a little strict rules for the trainers. They should respect you and not just say "sir I can't tell you what you should do because you are not taking personal training from me so just do what you want" for the gym managements it's the trainer with specs
Wellness Gym is an amazing gym and my favourite so far. They have all the equipments and a good environment. I have trained myself under Rashmi ma'am, who is professional and pushes you a lot until you achieve your goals. She makes you feel cared and comfortable. Plus, her knowledge of fitness and healthy eating makes you more satisfied. highly recommended for somebody who hates going to the gym just because of bad experiences with the trainers.
I love the gym, the staff here, trainers and everyone are good and create a healthy environment for people to train here. Machines are all clean and functioning with ample amount of area to train. Recommend to everyone for working out here.
The gym has an awesome workout vibe.....the trainer is very nice mrs. Rashmi.....she gives me a fantastic workout experience everyday. She makes the gym fun. She's the best personal gym trainer EVER! She guides me towards my goal with perfection. I have found a friend and a mentor in her. Her enthusiasm and humour is very motivational and makes u keep going everday. I really have overwhelming respect for her in my heart!
Poor staff specially trainers rahul and suraj just watch tv passing comments and make groups and laugh like maniacs
The best equipment is available in the gym. Trainers are quite efficient, especially my personal trainer, Rashmi Ma'am. She is incredibly kind and educated about fitness. Her method of instruction is unique and effective.
