All the trainers super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I joined 3 months ago. I am already seeing big change on my energy levels and body. And now I feel 5-8 years younger. It's great. Definitely recommend and encourage everyone to try it out, you won't be disappointed.

I've been attending wellness gym over a week now. This gym is extremely well equipped wid good ambience nd decor wid eye soothing lights also a bit photogenic place i have had pleasure of being trained by golu sir .he has in depth knowledge abt various exercises nd routine's along wid detailed instructions in how to avoid injuries overall wonderful environment wid good hygiene I would strongly recommended this gym honestly i can say one of the best gym available in biharsharif
