Excellent hotel. I have been there for 2 nights . Staff is very courteous and professional, specially one Mr. Musharraf, he is very polite . I definitely recommend to everyone , if you are coming to Pehalgam , definitely stay in this hotel .

Our last stop of our trip was in Pahalgam on this heavenly trip to Kashmir. It was the best experience we have had in this place with mesmerising scenic beauty . After a hectic day of sightseeing we reached this most beautiful hotel called Walnut Creek tucked in the wooded valley, we were initially sceptical about this hotel as the approach road was very scary but after reaching this place we were welcomed by most friendly customer service team especially by Omar Farooq. We had an excellent stay, food was great n most comfortable rooms. Highly recommend this hotel. Friendly customer service
Stayed in this hotel for a night coming from Singapore, they ask us to cancel the booking from Agoda which we did so the booking was shown cancelled and shown as walk in customer (I think they get some commission) the original booking was down for 12,000 inr and we were asked to add 2000 inr for dinner which we did, But I decided to upgrade with extra 5000, I ask the guy to lower the upgrade price as we were checking in so late? Around 6 pm and check out wad earlier, he told me that dinner it's included in the upgrade fee so he cannot so I was like okay Fair enough, so total should be 17000 inr , However upon check out they said it's 19000, and since we were lone travellers (my husband and I) whenever we talk the manager will come so close to me trying to intimidate me and while i talk he will put his hand gesture us as in stop talking. This trip was such an experience, very rude people with no sense of mannerisms , I was little hesitant to bring my husband to India especially with all the reviews from my friends, I was thinking how bad can be bad but after visiting Pahalgam I realised why they said that. The Walnut Creek hotel, the manager was very rude and doesn't deserve to be in the service line, he need to buy some manners before he put on his uniform.

Very beautiful property. Very serene very nice. Though a little away from the main Pahelgam town. So if you want to stay close to pahelgam may be this isn't the choice. However if you have your vehicle then this is highly recommended. Beautiful hotel Very good restaurant and attentive staff. A value for money hotel absolutely.

It's a new property a bit away from Pahalgam city. The rooms are modern, well equipped and comfortable.
There are some teething issues as there were some heating and smell issues in the washroom. But the service was prompt and good. Overall a great stay!

The Resort is located at a very beautiful location near the Liddar river and High mountain peaks are visible just outside the resort. The staff hospitality is very nice, room service was also excellent and satisfactory. Food is also nice and suitable
Overall Experience is a memorial in my life. But sometimes there are light problems and the hotel dinning room does not have a heater but let's go. But a very Awesome hotel and the view.
