The Vilana Luxurious Hotel in Rishikesh - Hotel in Rishikesh - Dehradun, India

We stayed here for 1 night only. The room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was small and sanitary fittings were too close to each other, and this was something which we didn't find too comfortable. Room service and housekeeping service was good. Food served for in-room dining was good. Buffet breakfast was not too great, as the food trays were not refilled promptly and we had to wait for a long time before Pooris were made available. We even had to wait for water to be served at our table. The restaurant staff also seemed indifferent; one had to wait for attention before you could get any service, despite the fact that it was not crazily packed with guests. Location is great since it is walking distance from Triveni Ghat (about 1 km). Hotel helped us get local transport to move around Rishikesh. Overall a decent stay, especially for a short one

Very neat and clean place serving very good food. All floors had washrooms behind lift. The only concern is parking as in front only 4 cars can get parked but the lane in front has space next to temple. Few metres away are basic need shops as well.

Very very nice and truely luxurious property... Location too good.. walking distance from the Triveni Ghat... The ambience, rooms, food, staff, maintenance, cleanliness.... and everything else... top notch..... Will highly recommend.......

We visited the vilana from delhi to rishikesh on 30 Oct 2023 with two of our family as soon as we resched the security gaurd took my car key for parking but he hitted my car with my other friend car in front of hotel gate and car was damaged badly hotel management initially told they will look as this was done by hotel gaurd but later the denied by saying hotel management is not responsible for gourd mistake it was shocking and arogent behavior by hotel management as they don't want to own their mistake wehad very very bitter experience even they refused to say sorry for that and they shown shameful gesture..it was huge loos for us...i had never ever such bad bad experience in past .we will never visit to this hotel again in future ..if any one planning to book then think twice there are a lot better choices then this arrogant hotel management service

Staff Here Always Greet Us With Smiling Faces And Are Always Ready To Help And Guide Us. The Rooms Are Very Spacious Having All Kinds Of Modern Facalities 24 Hours. The Property Is Very Spacious Having Many Rooms. The Vide Variety Of Tasty Dishes Served Here Made Us Overeat All The Time. We Will Definitely Like To Stay In This Wonderful Property Whenever We Visit Rishikesh Again. We Will Definitely Recommend This Wonderful Property To Family Members , Friends And Wellwishers. We Had A Memorable Experience At This Wonderful Property And Have Many Good Experiences To Take. it was a pleasant stay indeed. staff is very cooperative and humble here. their hospitality is excellent. they don't say 'no' to anything. it is just a few km away from janki setu. the ganga aarti at triveni ghat adds the divinity. mountain view rooms are recommended as one can also see a gurughar, which is located adjacent to the hotel. mountain view rooms are comparatively smaller than no view rooms.

I stayed with my 6 female friends,very cooperative staff,safe environment and well connected,food was very tasty n rooms are very specious too. Thank you so much team Vilana n a special thanks to Mr. Laksman.
