Recently I along 2 more families stayed in this hotel and found The manager and staff of the hotel was very rude and non coopertive Tv, intercom, wifi were not functional And could not be repaired by staff Food quality was very very bad and when objected all staff started battling with us Manager told us "ask our agent to change our hotel in nextvstay" meraa sttaaph shii haiN meraa ceff aisaa hi khaanaa bnaaegaa, kyaa huaa ydi ek do din ttiivii, iNttrkoNm nhiiN clegaa? this vaas the behavior of manager of this hotel I suggest to stay on roadside instead of this hotel
Best hotel of our trip to Kashmir Rooms are very clean and spacious Staff is very supportive and good Food is average but can be ignored because of good rooms, location, service, safety.
It was an amazing experience with this hotel. It had great staff, with beautiful rooms. The view was also fabulous.
I and my family of 16 people including three children had a worst experience of life time. No service No AC nothing was working and staff was so so rude. Don't take your family ever in this hotel they will ruin your vacations.

Place of this hotel is nice .. Th inconvenience experienced there was the common room heater was turned off. When I queried the reason they said it will be turned off in summer season. But that excise is quite disappointing there was 4 degrees Celsius temperature on that days...
1st visit to this property... good sized rooms.. carpets on the floor... the AC in the room had an issue, which was reported but ... food choices were minimal and pre fixed
