Rooms are good in space and amenities but restaurant food price is high and they served wrong food and also denied to change it by telling that too much crowd pressure. It's really disappointed for us and at the time of check out reception person billed food without giving proper bill and also we didn't get any via email. We were in hurry because of train timing so we leave. It's really not acceptable and not a good experience from such well maintained hotel.
The stay was comfortable. Food quality was good. Staff courtesy can be improved further and there were many things which needs repair in rooms. Further, the cutlery was entirely melamine/plastic based which is a huge NO-NO so they should change it to healthy non-plastic cutlery.
I just took rates for ved mantra hotel and was told the rooms available, I asked them to block but didn't receive the confirmation when contacted them they said that hotel sold out when telling them that I was just offered room I was told " MD sahab ke guest aa rahe hai toh rooms sold off nahin kar skte" sir agar MD ji ko apne guest ke liye hotel rakhna Hain toh sell off kyu karte hain, better hain MD ji apne gharwalo ke liye hi use kare
Such an unprofessional approach, I wonder if MD guest come in they will throw out in house guest also.
Ved mantra ki jagah MD mantra is right for this hotel.
Decide on your own if this hotel is worth it or not for your stay as the guest won't be taken care only the MD
Elegant hotel and location is very reachable and expensive but service is also superb specially for cleanliness of rooms dinner time is till night 11Pm my rating is 5star
