Worst bubble tea they make , I tried bubble tea almost every where in tea junction, Kolkata, but in this counter they make it worst , I request to tea junction don't allow this kind of staff, it's your reputation
We place order for 6 veg puff but they didnt have one of the item so they have sent us 1 non veg puff. Its really shocking to know this kind of behavior by the staff.
All you need to try here are Masala chai and signature chai along with samosa.
They serve fake Boba in bubble tea. They serve Expired milk. The staffs are really rude.
They dont know the ethics of serving a customer They provide their pure vegetarian customers with non veg puff(chicken puff) when they order veg puff I ordered 6 veg puff...so they provided me with 5veg puff and 1 chicken puff There is no chance of mistake because veg puff is of triangle shape and chicken puff is of rectangular shape They did it intentionally as may be they ran out of 6th veg puff...so to complete the order they sent me one chicken puff
The staff in this particular outlet is pathetic. Today I ordered a cup of black tea. The girl in the counter requested me to wait for 5 mins. After 5 mins when I went, she just told the other staff to get the tea ready. The casualness of the staff was just intolerable. They indulge themselves more on gossiping rather than satisfying the customers. However, Chai Break in the same premises serves a better cup of tea.
