The room was comfortable and immaculate. The location was also perfect. The quality of food & quantity were good but were over priced. Staff behaviour was so rude and informal. We were five people, a heavily injured patient with us. Three of them had trains after 02 hours, so that we took one room but the manager charged an extra 600/- for two hours (Room rent 2000/- AC), we requested to manager for concession but the manager rudely asked to find another hotel without listening to us.
took hourly rental. for what I was charged I expected better. the sheets were dirty and stained so did not even bother sitting on then. Had to call reception to get the hot water turned on. there is not restaurant on premises but room service gets from outside. soaps were given but not shampoo sackets. towels were dirty looking so did not use. the only point that's awesome is the its very close to station, literally walked to the place with ease fromm pf 1.
