I found this Gym better of alll other gyms in and around Hafeezpet and Chandanagar. Trainers are very professional and experienced (Hari, Mirza and Shiva). the best part is they will guide us as per one's stamina and performance and also guide us the proper diet as per our requirement (weight loss and weight gain). There were times where me and other gym partners suffered with cramps and muscle pain and the trainers were well experienced in resolving those problems. I lost around 10kgs in just 2 months with the perfect co ordination of Workout and diet as per the trainers instructions.

The trainers and the manager are real professional. The gym and the machines are well maintained. Yo me, it looks like an extended family. My other colleagues are also enjoying it. One of my favourite trainer is Sachin da.
