I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and found this hotel very clean and hygienic. The most beautiful thing about this hotel is the taste of their food which is very tasty and home like. Also the staff was very courteous and helpful. They welcome their guests with very happy hearts and try their best to deliver a memorable experience. I would like to specially thank Mr. Negi, Umaid and Dev for making our trip and stay a memorable one. I recommend everyone to book this hotel.
Very comfortable and clean, staff is very sweet and restaurant quick and pretty good. The rooftop restaurant has an amazing view. A bit out of the main street so less noise, but still hear the honking on the morning
The rooms were decent. Some rooms have much less space than the other even if the rates are the same. They have a beautiful view from the terrace. The only thing i didn't like about them was there portion of food . The taste of the food was fine . There daal tadka is very delicious. Terrace can modified and decorated well for roof top restaurant

Loved my stay here. Negi ji is the kindest manager. I needed some help with charging my phone and the folks here went above and beyond to help out. The room was super clean, and the view from my balcony overlooked the mountains. It was simply perfect. I highly recommend it.

I recently stayed for four nights at the Shivaay hotel. The place is ideally set between lower and upper Tapovan with easy access to both areas and numerous good quality eateries and yoga classes. It was by far the cleanest hotel I have stayed in Rishikesh, with room cleaning service available daily. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. Having a habit of checking the state of the pillows underneath the pillow cases, theirs were very clean and new looking. I don't know why hotels in India don't use pillow protectors to protect the pillows against the inevitable soiling that occurs. Anyway, these pillows were pleasingly clean. The other major highlight of this hotel was the manager Rakesh and the other staff who were very kind and friendly and made great efforts to ensure my stay was comfortable. They were able to organise taxi transfers for me at very reasonable prices which I appreciated greatly. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
