Not recommended Owner is toxic and doesn't have the guts to accept any feedback or concern. To any people writing reviews about concerns or feedback he gets offended and start bashing them on platforms. Infact he writes 500 words essays. Lolz Better options nearby 1) Rooms are good . 2) Service is pathetic. 3) Trying to save the cost of breakfast, just give you bread slices pasted with one omelette. 4) Overpriced.
Nice place to stay. Specially food is very good. Home style and super tasty. Staffs are very good as well. Sea view is excellent, lucky enough to see sunrise from room itself.
It is a very homely stay, well located and very close to the jetty, cellular jail, marina park, and the airport. The hotel is a stand alone building so don't expect any luxuries or amenities here as compared to a resort. But the hotel is very clean, the staff is prompt and very helpful. And the best part about this place is the view from the superior rooms, you won't get this view in luxury resorts also. The superior rooms are facing the sea and they have balconies so you can sit and enjoy the view. We were lucky to have watched the sunrise on both the days we stayed, it was right in front of our room! The food service is prompt, and food is home cooked and at a very reasonable price. If you are looking for a neat and big room, with great proximity to activities, and at an affordable price, then you should check in to this hotel.
Excellent place.mr Manoj(manager) mr prakash (chef) both are super guys. I enjoyed their food with my family. It's very testy & healthy. Also I had a chance to meet the owner (mr Abdullah) very kind& loveable person. I strongly recommend this residency for family staying. wonderful experience.
Pathetic please avoid. Poor breakfast. Old rooms. It's not a hotel, just few rooms. No life. Steep climb.

Sea view as the name tells ... rooms are viewing the sea. Very close the Haddo Jetty from wheee you get ferry to islands . Good people. Reasonable food. Room rates are also reasonable .
Pro: Tidy rooms, amazing view, good staff. Cons: It's on steep hill so one need to throttle the vehicle aggressively.
