Location is so perfect and very close to promenade beach. It's exactly infront of kamtchi biryani. Hotel is compact but Rooms are nice. Also the interiors are well crafted. Clean beds and washroom. Breakfast has variety and food is tasty. We enjoyed our stay, even celebrated kid birthday with staffs. Lovely experience
Room looked cozy. Great location , ambience , service , etc. but I expect every small thing to be nice when it comes to a hotel like this. Apparently it's 3 star. Let me list out the inconveniences. No hot water. It was bit warm though when you turn the knob to the extreme. Body wash container was empty but they had soaps. Flush water saving thing didn't work. Big bummer is hair dryer is faulty. It automatically switching on, weird sound. Thank god there was no shock. Added to all this, there was no parking. Had to pay for the parking nearby. Having said all of that, I wouldn't go there again next time. I also missed a smile from the receptionist. She didn't welcome us but she helped with some info on shopping places when we checked out.
It was a prime Location. Parking was a hassle. Their room service wasn't operating. No Fans were there. They had 2 AC turning on with a single remote and it was very cold. Their service wasn't up to the mark. Our room was near the restaurant and was always noisy and loud

This was my first time to visit Pondicherry and i booked this place in a hurry. But i must say, I have selected the right hotel for my stay. This place is in the heart of white town(major attraction sight). Very polite and friendly staff. They are ready to help you at any time of the day. The rooms are clean and the food is very tasty. The hotel looks like a model of French architecture. I'll attach some pictures of the hotel for reference. Overall, a very nice stay.
We stayed at the family room here and the stay was very comfortable. The staff are super helpful and responsive. Never had any issues and all my needs were tended almost immediately. Surprisingly, we found the food here to be exceptional. Each and every dish we ordered were delightful and pleasant on the palate. We had food at various restaurants in White Town but the food here beats all of them. Super tasty! My compliments to the current chef and hope that he remains with the hotel for a long time!
