Nice hotel with good rooms

Hotel The renaissance is Located on highway so few touristic spots are at walkable distance. Here Guest can enjoy professional staff service and the rooms here are fabulous. Unbelievable hospitality....excellent food. Very comfortable stay... really overwhelmed.....highly recommended for people visiting Srinagar... keep up the good work.

Hotel is newly constructed. Rooms and garden were very well organized and comes with all the possible amenities requested to keep you safe from cold. Hospitality of the hotel was also amazing and staff was down to earth and available every time. We have included the breakfast with the package and realize was the best decision as this was best part of the hotel facility. They have variety of things in breakfast which include whatever you can think on breakfast whether it is north indian or south indian which makes me to continue my stay at hotel for 2 more days. The only con I found here was wifi. The wifi was not working there at all. If wifi is something which is not bothering you, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A Budget Hotel with all the basic amenities. The location is on the outskirts of the city but close to army cantonment. The service by all the staff members is superb. The Manager Mr. Kifayyat is a perfect host. He was always polite and respectful. He ensured that our needs and requirements were met. Mr. Kifayyat made our stay a memorable one by arranging our trips to Pahalgam and Gulmarg. Only because of him it was worry free. We definitely would recommend this hotel to guests visiting Srinagar. Tourist cannot skip Srinagar / Kashmir as one has truly portrayed it as a paradise on earth

The hotel is okay but the service is really good. There are no ac installed in the rooms. No toileteries are given by the hotel. The guy younis who works here is quite helpful. The location of the hotel is quite accessible. And it is actually quite safe.

I liked this hotel... Although the electricity condition of Kashmis is not good so we faced problem to get the hot water and to move by lift. The manager and the staff of this hotel are really well mannered and cooperative.. they tried their best to serve us nicely. Recomand the hotel to stary for 1or 2 night

Point s to be considered from my review. We have booked the hotel 3 rooms prior to curfew but we had to some how go through severe police frisking and come to srinagar. As the complete city is closed and none were working I give the staff and people in the hotel a huge love for accepting our booking and allowing us to stay there. The rooms are perfect for a distinctive holiday. Chef - Faisal - knows how to cook for the different tastebuds. O Bilal - care taker has entertained is with cricket and TV . We got to know more about their views and ideas of Kashmiri lifestyles and also their agitation. The landlord is one of the epic. Sad that you will not be able to meet him and get his regards. Polite and humble person.
