The Residency Towers Puducherry - Hotel in Puducherry - Pondicherry, India

We went there for lunch. Such a worst service. Ordered soup got after 45mints. Ordered main menu I must tell you they took 1hr 30mints to respond. We kept asking the service guy about the food he said 2mints later after 30 mints again we asked he said 2mints. Such a star hotel n their service was local. Finally we had to cancel the order and leave. He was also happily cancelled. Great .

Donc c'est bien. -/ Service : moyen - on sert l'homme d'abord et non la femme. Pas terrible pour ce rang d'hotel. -/ Le serveur nous sert et quelques grains de riz tombent sur ma chemise , donc faire attention -/ La biere ( Corona ) est posee sans le verre Le verre arrive avec beaucoup de retard suite a ma demande expres. -/ La serveuse tres souriante : je lui fait signe de m'apporter l'addition , elle n'a pas compris Je relance ma demande avec un autre serveur et l'addition arrive -/ L'addition : Le serveur tres gentil attend le paiement en restant debout pres de moi ! C'est plutot impoli vis a vis du client En resume , le personnel manque enormement de formation dans l'hotellerie , valable pour cet etablissement uniquement et non pour l'ensemble de cette chaine << Residency Towers >> Tout le monde est souriant mais dans un 4 etoiles c'est insuffisant.

I had a pleasant experience at this hotel with its welcoming staff and great ambiance. However, I had some concerns about their food quality. Some dishes caused discomfort, including heartburn and digestive issues that lasted throughout the day. Overall, a positive, but improvements are needed in the culinary department.

Rooms are quite spacious, but air conditioning was not working as per individuals need. It was centrally controlled, hence, was bit worm for me in the room since temperature is quite high outside. However, hospitality was really good, right from reception to help desk for room services. Especially the gesture received from Kavya during our dining in the hotel restaurant, really happy. Food was good, really pleased with the variety in the menu, meeting intercontinental taste.

This is a good hotel rooms large and comfortable. The bar is a bit dark and tries to look Irish. The restaurant has a good buffet with lots of choice and a la carte menu. The hotel is located on a busy street but shopping is close by. It is a 2 km walk to the promenade but streets quite dark

Checked in today for 2 nights' stay here after seeing good reviews online. One of the worst five star properties I have stayed in. Bathroom is so dirty, bed linen and towels are so unclean, the tissue box that was available was empty with just two tissues to use! Pathetic ! How they call themselves five star is beyond me. Anywhere you call from the room - to room dining/ help desk/ duty manager; they don't pick the call, very unresponsive. If you're lucky then after the second or third attempt someone might respond. Everything felt subpar, even the staff were unwelcoming. So disappointed, never ever staying in this property again.

I recently dined at Residency Towers in Pondicherry and unfortunately had a subpar experience. The lunch was served very late, and the food, while average, did not meet expectations. Timely service and quality cuisine are crucial aspects of a dining experience, and I hope the management addresses these issues for future patrons

Though the initial checkin experience was not so good...had to wait for half an hour for room to get ready that too with advance booking and reaching late around 3.30...but after that things went smoothly. ....room was clean and large in size. We booked delux suit which was having all lights/ curtains/ ac/ tv operated by iPad. Booth dinner and breakfast was having good spread and food was tasty. ....hotel is located in a busy streets ...they have ample parking space....shopping point are nearby....beach and white town is 1.5km...we went by walking and enjoyed the atmosphere....overall nice experience...
