Pros: Great food selection for breakfast. Well equipped gym. Decent swimming pool. High tech room controls. Cons: Not enough ventilation. The bathroom smells. Cannot open the windows.

The hotel staff was very helpful we booked 5 rooms and was rushing to do shopping. Since our room was not ready fully they gave us 2 rooms to refresh after a long flight and then we went off shopping. When we came back they arranged all our bags in our room with welcome cakes... Best hospitality and room was super clean.... Automated toilet seat is the highlight..!!! And the in room food service was awesome... recommend the Mutton Briyani and chicken sandwich..!!

Service of the hotel was poor! People of different circumstances has the accessibility to this hotel but its really difficult for common people to make a proper conversation. Its really not worth for the cost. The reception should be a place where we should feel comfortable With the language, regional language of the particular place where the hotel is being situated should be must know thing.. "Tamilians working there doesnt know tamil". We had to face many embarrassing situations just for the above reason. Foreigners can go to this hotel And not the regional people.....!

am pleasantly surprised with everything in this hotel. From the super modern rooms to super professional and courteous staff. BTW, The food is amazing too, Completely enjoyed my stay here. I was facilitating a conference here and staff there was prompt to address the needs to make my workshop successful

The interiors and ambiance is great even though it is 14-15yr old but well maintained. The food is exactly opposite tasteless, Infact I was really let down that such well presented food tastes so ordinary.

The restaurant "main street" has a classical theme of the 40's, which I liked very much. The coffee I had was one of its kind. What a taste!!! I enjoyed the ambiance. The only thing that was odd is the grooming of the staff.
