They have a awesome collection. All everyone there were very helpful. We had our items delivered ahead of time and all of our items were amazing.
Worst service. SUGAN MANAGER lacks hospitality. NONE Of the sales executives are professional. Such a disappointment spending so much and there is no satisfaction for the purchase done at the store. I won't definitely not recommend anyone to visit the store.
Yesterday I went to this store. Staff response is not same to all the customers. The tailoring service is worse. I suggest don't opt for tailoring service here he charges high price with poor service. He doesn't obey customer requests rather shows high level of EGO towards customers. The quality of clothes were pretty good but I strongly suggest don't opt for tailoring service here. Overall i give worst rating to this shop because customer service is very poor especially the Master(tailor) over there. Thank you.
Get your material here and get treated well till the bill is paid then see the change in their behaviour. Very badly treated and no one to take care. Everyone there feels like they own the place and make you feel they are superior to you. Tailor there looks skilled but overconfident. Not a best choice for the amount you pay and the service you get.Doesn't listen to you properly and communicates to multiple customers at the same time. Branch's Phone unresponsive, tailor's work delay and no one to receive you when you arrive. If you want to get your work done at Reymonds DON'T CONSIDER THIS BRANCH FOR YOU
Though i find it costly, i love the full masculine and matured machine look Raymond gives to me. The shop is exquisite and extravagant placed in the busy streets near paradise. You can't give up to be a forever customer to Raymond
