We went for a family dinner party. Though we had booked in advance, they didn't do proper logistics management. Tried to squeeze 60 people in a 50 seater. It was a weekday and most of the seats were empty. Buffet spread was good, but if they had enthusiastic staff the experience would have been better. All of them looked like they were doing a service to us.
Rooftop dining is available here but the food options are very limited. Also, I didn't like most of the starters that we ordered, main course was fine but again quite less options, they have good desserts.
I was really not expecting it to be so good, rooms were spacious and gave good vibes, food was awesome, specially North Indian food, which again I was not expecting in chennai. Staff was good and helped in Early checkin and special thanks to Ms Titli for guiding us to explore Chennai!
Average hotel. Lots of items on the dining menu unavailable, the staffs English isn't great. The food I ordered wasn't supposed to be spicy but it was super spicy (I ordered Nasi Lamak, which is a non spicy Indonesian dish that I eat regularly). The car service was unreliable. Breakfast fine. Bed fine.
