Choosing to train with The Quad is one of the best decisions I have taken. I am a person who never enjoys workouts but after joining The Quad I started looking forward to my training sessions. That's how incredible they are. My understanding and perspective has transformed in a holistic and sustainable manner only because of the knowledge shared by The Quad squad. Their attention for every student amazes me, that's how they take care of their students. The coaches are highly knowledgeable, polite, very friendly and approachable. On the whole training with The Quad has been a wonderful experience.
Quad has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, right from watching my parents train, to joining QuadPlay and eventually training at boot camp. You see a lot of people talking about how they work out at the gym, but training at Quad is something I wouldn't trade for anything else. A huge part of this is the coaches, and their feedback and encouragement every step of the way. As a kid you don't get a lot of exposure to working out, but Quad has had an extremely positive impact on my fitness. The energy and enthusiasm that comes with each class is amazing !!
I've been training at The Quad since 2014. Prior to training at The Quad, I've had my fair share of working out at "gyms". The Quad has been without doubt miles ahead of any other facility that I have trained at. The coaches at The Quad have always kept the workouts engaging & challenging. They also have a healthy obsession with ensuring that the trainees do not compromise on form whilst in the pursuit of lifting heavier weights. Furthermore we've always had coaches who are approachable & relatable. Add to this is the fact that the training sessions are a batch activity & this has resulted in an enduring community that has developed amongst the coaches & trainees. It's been a smashing, fun & delightful eight years of training at the Quad & I'm looking forward to several more.
My initial apprehension with joining a boot camp was that the workouts would be so tiring to such extent where my work routines are affected. However, with the Quad, the workouts are customised in such fashion that our daily routines are not impacted while also ensuring that our fitness is not compromised. With great support and personal attention from the coaches, I could say my physical fitness is one less thing to worry about. I would definitely recommend The Quad for anybody looking to start their fitness journey without any concerns. All one needs to do is show-up for the class and the coaches would take care of the rest.
Well Quad is truly very refined. Every session is carefully curated and always in tune with the workouts that have happened so far. They take care of each in everyone in terms of their progress in weights or reps. Their personal touch is truly commendable. They are very mindful about the workouts and diet and do not suggest any fad crash diets and reckless exercises. The constant motivation of the coaches and their accessibility is incredible. If strength with fun is something you are looking for then this is the right place to be.
I have been with Quad for 2 + years and everyday that I have trained has been different , unique and absolutely fun. No repetition in moves and workout structure at all. That's what I love about them.the trainers are all knowledgable and simply fantastic. They are there at each step helping you out whether your a pro or not.The beauty about the Quad is that they cater to just anyone and everyone who is looking at fitness as a routine . Once you join this bandwagon there is no turning back!
Quad has been my go to place for my personal fitness journey across the last ten years. When you join the only ask is believing in yourself to show up. Seems simple but you do that and your rewards are intangible. They have made me fall in love with fitness and every year it's been a new learning for me. Not just lifting weights but the overall approach to nutrition and sleep is something that's transformational and you need to experience it first hand to believe it. The coaches are real and keep you honest in the journey and that's a big win for me!
My experience at the Quad's Boot camp has been very different from any of my previous experiences at Gyms in my many attempts to keep up with my fitness. At the Quad, the coaches are very well trained not just on the workouts, but on understanding of the students which is very essential to the mutual success. IT is very evident that every member of the coaching/training team have gone through tremendous trainings before they face the students, from they way they stand up for the culture and value-system of the Quad. For the students, here are no set goals - but we are encouraged to do our best and keep pushing our bars up. The coaches keep encouraging us to try that bit more each time, and leave us with a sense of achievement. The whole work out is done in open area, with only the kettle bells to add some resistance to the exercises. The programs are so designed that in one week, every part of the body is exercised - now that I have been going through this routine for some years now, I realize that the exercises provide us with a kind of completeness that even walking jogging or an hour spent in the gym will not help, while at the same time, doing it in a group is so much easier and fun. First, I began with an intent of testing out for 1 Quarter; I then felt I needed to give myself another quarter; thus one led to another for more than four years now. Now, it is a year over year that I am giving myself - as I am completely convinced and at ease with their system. As to the results that I have experienced, before I started my workout with Quad, I used to struggle with knee pain (that looked liked some early shades of arthritis setting in) and endurance when I climbed just 1 flight of stairs. Today, I am ready to face a 10 flights at a go, and be ready for more. My knee pains are all history. If I have to recommend one program for anyone, that would be the program the Quad Bootcamp. The only caveat that I would add is, show persistence, patience and a commitment for sufficient period of time, and results are bound to flow. Thank you Quad for making a big difference to me, presenting me with a healthy life.
