We had the pleasure of experiencing the breakfast spread at Promenade hotel, and I must say it was truly exceptional. The chef Franklin's culinary skills were evident in every dish.
The selection of breakfast items was diverse, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences.
One standout was the chef Franklin's attention to detail in presentation. Each dish was not only delicious but also beautifully plated. It was evident that the chef took great pride in their work.
Moreover, the service was impeccable. The staff was attentive and courteous, ensuring that every guest felt welcomed and cared for.

A very pleasant stay at this hotel, the staff is very enterprising and always courteous. A special mention about Tarababu, he is always smiling, greeting and ready to help with anything. Check-in to check-out was smooth, room service was quick, ocean view rooms are amazing. Food on the roof top restaurant excellent. The beach is just across and is crowded on weekends, but still amazing. Couple of things which need attention , housekeeping could be timely, main restaurant:a couple of flies and flees
We've been here for dinner on roof top with my family. Great place with great sea front view. Sea breeze is great and many fans were working for mitigating hot temperatures. We have been welcomed in a very professional way and all our requests have been accepted. My children have preferred dishes included in second restaurant menu (ground floor) and staff has demonstrated great sense of flexibility. Food quality and drinks good for this restaurant level/category. Roof top manager very professional with his staff and customers. Very good experience for a family of 5!!!
We enjoyed the place very much - excellent location. We loved spending the evenings at the open air restaurant, from where one can walk directly onto the promenade. We will stay there again if/when we visit Pondicherry again. We would specially like to mention Sucharita, who served us with great care and a smile, every day.
The Promenade is a beautiful property located right in front of the ocean. It is centrally located with most cafes, places of interest and shopping places at walking distance. It's own rooftop bar is amazing. Overall a pretty good stay!
The staff was attentive and friendly. The menu offered a wide variety of options, and the quality of the food was overly good. The servers were prompt and made sure that everything was to my liking. Mr.Franklin made us comfortable by serving whatever we asked for. Overall, it was a wonderful combination of great food and top-notch service that left me thoroughly satisfied.
We loved the service, and the food was outstanding. The chef in the main restaurant will really look after you and will make anything you request. He was just the best. Like i said, the service is fantastic, and we loved having a drink at the bar after we had eaten. Anjil, the barman, was just amazing, so many laughs. Sadly, the thing that let us down was the room. It was a deluxe sea facing room with a great view of the beach and sea. It was directly above the restaurant and also had another window overlooking the road to the promenade. The noise/music from the restaurant started at 7am and finished at 11pm. The noise from the people selling coconuts, ice cream and corn on the road went on all evening untill the early hours when the revellers leaving the night club started either arguing with each other or singing and shouting. Silence eventually came at around 4am. All to start again at 7am. We both caught viral conjunctivitis while staying here and needed a quiet time to try and get a bit of sleep. We can't fault the people that work there but stay away from room 16. We eventually checked out early.

We had a great stay at Bay Stays! The room was clean, had a cute design, and was affordable with a fantastic location. Our host, Vignesh was very helpful. However, I do have a concern about the towels we used as they left a white cast on our clothes.
